About the Global Internship Program
Our Global Internship Program offers an immersive, inclusive, and fun learning experience for early-in-career talent at select participating Store Support Centre (SSC) locations. Throughout the 12-week program, interns gain exposure to real business initiatives, contribute to meaningful projects, and build lasting connections through networking opportunities, company events, and mentorship from leaders across the organization. The 2026 program opportunities will be product-focused, with interns supporting the teams driving product innovation and international growth.
Merchandising at lululemon

This team ensures that we have the right assortment in the right place at the right time. By combining market intuition and awareness with data-driven insights, the Merchandising team identifies opportunities to fulfill our guests’ unmet needs, grow our brand, and drive long-term business success. A day in the life
As a Merchandising Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting global product strategies that connect with guests and drive brand growth. Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300-$60,300 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
