Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Train (ART) execution across multiple teams, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-scale projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate SAFe ceremonies, manage risk, and support continuous delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead ART-level events: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & AdaptServe as SAFe/Agile coach for team members and stakeholdersCollaborate with leadership on SAFe rollout and process improvementsDefine and manage project scope, schedule, and budgetDrive project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and change controlTrack progress, report metrics, and ensure documentation and complianceCoordinate cross-functional dependencies across global teamsRequired Qualifications:5+ years in Program Management or Release Train EngineeringDeep understanding of Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologiesStrong skills in MS Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, ExcelExcellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skillsProven success in complex, multi-project IT environmentsPreferred:SAFe 5 RTE Certification and/or PMPExperience in professional services or large matrix organizationsFamiliarity with S/4 HANA, SharePoint, and packaged SDLC processesEducation:
