As a Relief Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our pharmacies are staffed efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the Lead Pharmacy District Manager, you’ll collaborate with the Director of Operations and Pharmacy District Managers to create and manage pharmacist relief schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for our pharmacies during vacations, staff shortages, and new store openings.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will:

Work closely with the Director of Operations and Pharmacy District Managers to plan and manage pharmacist relief schedules

Create and communicate staffing schedules for various needs, including vacation coverage, relief schedule rotations, staffing shortages, and new store openings

Respond to and coordinate emergency relief requests promptly

Provide support for various pharmacy-related events and programs
-
Assist in forecasting future staffing and hiring needs across the region
What you have to offer:

A relevant college diploma or university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Commerce, Information Management)

Relevant work experience, with a strong focus on customer service

Proven experience in planning and scheduling personnel

A strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Experience in pharmacy is preferred

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $48,000.00-$66,000.00. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
