This candidate will create operational reporting dashboards for multiple scenarios.Responsibilities:

• Support back-end configuration of Fusion Information Hub and screens
• Ensure data visualization simplifies complex information, reveals trends, aids in decision making, and follows brand standards
• Perform extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) on operational metrics according to data. management standards
• Create automation logics to streamline data collection, transformation, and visualization of operational reporting dashboards
• Effectively articulate ideas and opinions that involve analysis, processes, and technology. solutions to others with different disciplinary backgrounds
• Act as a technical liaison between business, technology, and data analytics teams to understand the vision and accurately transform to appropriate visualization solutions

Desired Skill Set:

• 5 years of experience as a BSA
• 2 years of experience in SQL
• 2+ years of experience with Python
• 2+ years of experience in Power BI (data visualization)
• Strong communication skills
• Programming mindset (can translate business needs into clear solutions)

Nice To Have:

• Hands-on experience with Power-automate and PowerShell
• Working knowledge of Tableau
• C++ experience
• Insurance industry experience
