Login to your McGill Workday account and apply to this posting using the Find Jobs report (type Find Jobs in the search bar).Job Summary/Objective:Working under the supervision of Dr. Tracie Barnett (fund holder) and Dr. Paula Bush, the Research Assistant will participate in research activities associated with the projects of the Data Valorization Axis of the Unité de soutien SSA Québec funded for the 2024-2026 period. This position is for 15 hours per week.Responsibilities:Assist with a qualitative research study about clinician engagement in researchPrepare and conduct interviews with key informants (including all communications prior to and following the interviews)Analyse interview data in collaboration with the research teamPlan and conduct consultations with key informants, including preparation of documents and presentationsDraft project report and associated presentation materials.Manage data and all project-related materials according to digital security and ethical standards of McGill UniversityManage the project timeline and keep supervisor abreast of all potential challenges.Attend project meetings.
