They will also assist in analyzing and interpreting experimental results and research data.Organizational Status
The Research Technician 2 will work closely with the senior graduate students and postdoctoral fellow to assist with the ongoing research projects.Work Performed
Consequence of Error/JudgementWorks within well defined guidelines and procedures, but exercises judgment in establishing priorities and carrying tasks through to completion; new or unusual problems are referred to supervisor.Supervision ReceivedWorks under general supervision in carrying out familiar phases of duties and responsibilities; receives instructions during orientation and on subsequent new assignments or changes in procedures.Supervision Given
May distribute work assignments to employees at lower classification levels and initiate new employees into routines, procedures and operation of equipment.Minimum Qualifications
