The successful candidate will conduct numerical simulations to investigate the thermo-mechanical behavior of various geotechnical structures. As part of a dynamic research team, the candidate will be involved in the following tasks:

• Perform numerical modeling of thermal and coupled interactions in soil-structure systems.

• Contribute to the publication of high-quality journal articles.

• Attend and present research findings at academic and industry conferences.

• Assist in the preparation and writing of grant proposals.

• Participate in collaborative meetings with industry partners.
