Primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research related to the demonstration of ritual music as part of a conference of the same name to be held in 2025;
  • creating database of relevant literature related to pre-modern Japanese court music (both Shinto and Buddhist);
  • prepare grant applications for the conference ‘the Sounds and Colours of Japanese Rites’

Qualifications:
