The Respiratory Therapist also participates in the education of patients, families, and other health care providers.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:

• Successful completion of a Respiratory Therapy program from an accredited institution
• Successful completion of the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care Exams

• If no applicants meet the above requirement, a Graduate Respiratory Therapist license will be considered
• Current registration with the Nova Scotia College of Respiratory Therapists
• Current certification in BCLS,
• Current certification in ACLS is an asset
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
