We are seeking a Senior Applications Developer with 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Visual Studio (VB, C#), ASP.NET MVC, WPF, and .NET desktop applications. The role involves SQL Server development, Web and Windows services creation, reporting tools, and troubleshooting technical issues within a structured development environment.Advantages

Responsibilities

• Translate technical specifications into functional applications using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and WPF.
• Develop, test, and maintain .NET Windows and web applications.
• Design and implement SQL Server stored procedures, database objects, and optimize performance.
• Create and maintain Web and Windows services for data exchange across applications.
• Conduct unit testing and debug applications to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during software operation and migration.
• Utilize reporting tools (Active Reports, Crystal Reports, SSRS) for Windows and Web applications.
• Work with Microsoft Azure resources and cloud technologies for application development.
• Ensure secure software development using Threat Modelling procedures.
• Develop technical specifications, user documentation, and business process flows.
• Engage with business stakeholders and IT teams to align project requirements with system capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 (VB, C#), ASP.NET MVC, WPF, and .NET desktop applications.
• SQL Server experience (stored procedures, T-SQL, database optimization, database object creation).
• Web and Windows services development in C# / VB.NET.
• Experience with reporting tools (Active Reports, Crystal Reports, SSRS).
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure).
• Experience with Web API, WCF, and Entity Framework.
• Threat Modelling and secure coding practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile and structured development environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG 2.0 Level AA).
• Experience with middleware, gateways, and application security.
