Business AnalystThe Business Analyst will partner with the product team and key stakeholders on Residential capital projects related to new product launches. The primary focus of this position is to identify and document project requirements to enable discovery, designs and build work required to launch new products and services. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical and communication skills to identify opportunities and foster trusted relationships with business partners.What You Will Be Doing:
Work on new product and service development projects
Work with Product Owners and key stakeholders to document product requirements concisely and critically
Ability to present project requirements with applicable level of detail based on audience to each of the stakeholder groups
Documentation of program requirements leveraging tools such as Jira
Work with delivery teams to provide clarity on business requirements as required throughout the program delivery life cycle
Review system designs for new product and service launches to ensure all business requirements are fully incorporated
Review test plans for new product and service launches to ensure all business requirements are fully incorporated .
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and/or a related field
Min 5 years of experience in business analysis
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Certification in business analysis or a related field is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of project processes
Superior analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, Stakeholder management, presentation, and influencing skills.
Ability to cope under pressure and balance multiple priorities
Extremely diligent and attentive to details
