RQ08046 – Sr. Project Methodology Specialist – Agile Coach

DescriptionThe Agile Coach role will be embedded within the service transformation team to support the transition from traditional project management to an Agile, product-oriented mindset. The coach will work closely with all team members, including the Portfolio Manager, Product Managers (Senior Business Consultants), Business Analysts, and project support roles, to foster an Agile culture, implement best practices, and ensure successful adoption of Agile methodologies across product teams.Role Description:The Agile Coach will serve as a guide and mentor, helping the team embrace Agile principles, particularly in the development and delivery of high-quality products and services for the Vital Events portfolio. The coach will focus on improving team collaboration, efficiency, and responsiveness to change, helping transition the team from a project-based mindset to a product-oriented, iterative development approach. The coach will work with both leadership and team members to help implement Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum or Kanban), establish clear processes for backlog management, user story creation, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Additionally, the coach will focus on instilling a culture of continuous improvement and alignment with user-centric product development.Key Deliverables: * Agile Maturity Assessment and Roadmap: Conduct an initial assessment of the teams Agile maturity and provide a roadmap for transition, including milestones and key performance indicators for progress tracking.

Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.Must Haves:Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworksKnowledgeable and experience in educating others in Agile methodologyProject Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.Strong communication skills and professional background from OPS/Regulated environment.
