We are seeking a Project Manager/Leader with 10+ years of experience in enterprise project management. The role involves managing scope, risk, resources, schedules, and costs, overseeing product vision, roadmaps, and ensuring successful delivery through agile methodologies and stakeholder alignment.Advantages

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, vision, and strategy.
• Manage scope, risk, costs, schedules, and resources across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure seamless stakeholder communication and project transparency.
• Prioritize and manage backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning.
• Conduct risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution before escalations arise.
• Oversee team coordination, Agile execution, and product feature delivery.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Evaluate and improve existing project management processes.
• Facilitate steering committee and stakeholder forums for alignment.
• Utilize cloud-based project management tools for collaboration and tracking.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Strong expertise in Agile (Scrum), product roadmaps, and backlog management.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Oracle Database, WebLogic, and IIS Servers.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Trello for project tracking.
• Knowledge of cost-benefit analysis, risk management, and project governance.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with structured project management frameworks and compliance.
