We are seeking a Business Analyst (hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with over 10 years of experience leading business analysis activities. This role focuses on assessing and documenting complex business requirements, creating procedures to minimize production impact, promoting IT solutions, and conducting gap analyses of vendor upgrades.Advantages

Responsibilities

• Business Requirement Analysis: Lead and conduct in-depth evaluations of client business problems; document requirements so IT solutions can be determined.
• Process Creation & Change Deployment: Establish procedures for deploying changes in production to minimize operational impact and maintain efficient workflows.
• Gap Analysis & Vendor Releases: Assess vendor release upgrades, identifying necessary changes for best practices, configuration, and integration components.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with subject matter experts, facilitate working groups, and ensure consistent communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ongoing Support & Documentation: Update business processes, produce training materials, and maintain user documentation. Conduct data migration, maintain logs, and resolve defects as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leading and conducting business analysis at various levels of detail.
• Experience creating procedures for production environment changes, minimizing business impact.
• Proven ability to promote suitable IT applications to complex business issues and execute gap analyses of vendor upgrades.
• Familiarity with cloud-based or Salesforce solutions can be useful for understanding immunization solutions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in producing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies.
