SA360 Account ManagerResponsibilities
- Client & Agency Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and renew relationships with clients and agencies, engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Strategic Consulting: Leverage expertise in client management, industry trends, and product knowledge to consult on the adoption of SA360 technology and best practices for search marketing success.
- Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with SA360 owners to identify, prioritize, and act on opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to address client communications, prioritize feature requests, and resolve issues.
- Issue Escalation: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for resolving client issues through thorough analysis, research, and coordination of resources.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Advertising
- Consultative sales
- Business development
- Online media environment
- Marketing roles
- At least 2 years of experience with search/performance marketing products.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are a strong plus:
- Hands-on experience with the Search Ads 360 platform.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in solution-based selling and maintaining strong customer relationships.
