Sales and Service Support Coordinator

As Sales and service support coordinator, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You offer a service related to credit granting. You help the organization achieve results and ensure client satisfaction. You drive results by reviewing credit authorization requests based on client needs and your unit’s business objectives and strategies. You help analyze complex member/client needs and approve or reject applications within authorized discretionary limits. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:Review credit applications, meet complex client needs and follow up as neededApprove or reject applications up to your discretionary limit and prepare and submit recommendations for those above your limitAdvise partners, practitioners, members and clients on products, services and solutions and ensure their satisfactionCollect, compile and analyze data.
