We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Role & Responsibilities

The Xe.com Corporate Sales team is looking to expand its desk with an ambitious, confident, and tenacious individual for our growing Sales team. As the first point of contact with prospective clients, you have the ability to create fundamental, long-lasting relationships, which will result in you excelling with your sales targets.

  • You are the Lead Cold Caller: Help support both outbound and inbound channels with a hyper-focus on moving leads through the sales funnel.
  • Expectation of 70-80 calls daily.
  • Provide insightful information and deliver a new perspective on how to grow their Corporate business globally.
  • Schedule at least five meetings per week.
  • Ability to self-source leads and supply insightful information, deliver a new perspective on how to grow their corporate business globally.
  • Understanding the value of our product to our clients
  • You will be accountable for the reach rate and the number of qualified opportunities generated.
  • Drive the conversation and engage with our clients to secure leads and understand the client’s needs.
  • Squash your goals by achieving your weekly quota for booked meetings to qualify sales leads.

Position Requirements

  • Outbound sales experience is desirable.
  • Coachable, a willingness to learn, and commitment to excellence
  • You will be an ambitious, goal-oriented individual who wants to earn a substantial income.
  • You need to have a strong level of resilience to dust yourself off quickly when you receive rejection. A strong will and grit are essential for success in this role.

  • Superior communication, relationship building, and collaborative capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a huge plus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and have fun.
