• Proactively selling personal and leadership development programs to individuals seeking transformative growth.
• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to connect with motivated, like-minded clients.
• Conducting professional consultations via phone or Zoom to understand client goals and match them with the right programs.
• Managing client follow-ups, onboarding processes, and guiding them through essential program training.
• Working independently while maintaining accountability for achieving results.
• Engaging in personal growth and leadership development activities to lead by example and inspire others.
• Collaborating with an international team of ambitious, forward-thinking professionals and participating in global training initiatives.
