Sales Manager Responsibilities:Lead daily sales activities and implement strategies to achieve targets
Drive hotel performance in the group and leisure markets
Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing accounts
Coordinate efforts to boost revenue and increase market share
Manage business travel RFPs and individual/group booking requests
Work with Sales & Marketing teams to enhance brand exposure and partnerships
Sales Manager Qualifications:High School Diploma (University degree in a related field is an asset)
3-5 years of experience in hotel sales leadership
Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and online/social media platforms
Prior experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera PMS are required
Willingness to travel for workshops, trade shows, and brand meetings
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
