As we expand across North America, we’re looking for a Sales / Operations Coordinator who knows the retail, furniture, or home decor world inside and out. If you’ve worked behind the scenes in showrooms, stores, or supplier offices, this role is your next move.What you’ll do:– Act as the operational hub between sales, marketing, and logistics teams
– Create and manage customer accounts across multiple platforms
– Maintain accurate data in CRM and order tracking systems
– Assist the Sales Director with reporting, lead management, and process optimization
– Coordinate trade shows, showroom events, and sample shipments
– Compile and analyze sales reports, highlighting trends and opportunities
– Ensure marketing and sales materials are delivered and up to dateWhat you bring:– 2+ years of experience in a coordination, sales support, or operations role
– Direct experience in furniture, home decor, or retail industries is required
– Strong command of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables essential)
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Comfort in a fast-paced, design-forward business environment
