You just might be our new Sales Consultant here at Cap-it in Lethbridge.You will assist customers with their buying selections, make follow-up calls, and do all you can to take our already-great customer experience to the next level, along with your career.Cap-It Lethbridge is Southern Alberta’s premier Automotive and Truck Accessory store, and is part of a platinum award-winning dealer group in the Top 50 Best Managed Companies in Canada.Our new Sales and Service Associate will be expected to:· Represent the company’s core values that hold morals and ethics above profits· Be able to work by themselves or as part of a team· Have a strong work ethic· Possess a strong drive to succeed· Meet or exceed sales goals· Perform daily merchandising tasks· Perform occasional heavy lifting (+ 50lbs) – Moderate Physical Demands· Have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License· Fluent written and oral English language abilitiesIn return, Cap-It Lethbridge offers:
