We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support to join our team. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the utilities industry. The Sales Support will play a key role in conducting market research, qualifying leads, managing customer service, coordinating technical support, and ensuring compliance with pricing policies.Responsibilities:

• Evaluate marketing leads using standard criteria for qualification.

• Ensure the accuracy and usefulness of lead reports in Salesforce through regular updates and lead management.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and follow up on high-priority leads.

• Manage the customer training portal to provide a seamless user experience for clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute training sessions for customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support related to training programs in a timely manner.

• Use price compliance software to monitor partner compliance with pricing policies.

• Follow up with non-compliant partners via email and phone.

• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and follow-ups.

• Evaluate incoming technical queries to determine the appropriate course of action.

• Redirect technical and service-related inquiries to the relevant teams for efficient resolution.

• Ensure clear and timely communication between customers and internal teams.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Support or a similar role

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing customer support

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience using Salesforce is a strong asset

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to assist customers effectively

• Experience in sales promotions and inside sales is advantageous

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• A customer-focused approach and the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
