Read on!!How you’ll make an impact here – and on your career:As a Sales Support Application Specialist, reporting to the Manager, Sales Support you will be responsible for correctly and efficiently gathering all documents to submit to underwriting for our new customers – which also means serving as a guide for our Sales Reps on best practices to make sure that the deals get onboarded most efficiently. You’ll also serve as an intersecting point of imperative information, holding the key to a smooth and pleasant onboarding experience.What you’ll do:

• You’ll input statements into the quoting system and continue to unify the quoting process
• You’ll document existing processes and create templates to help increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team
• Enter data into external databases for submitting complete application package
• You’ll identify opportunities for process improvement, put together suggestions, present to the team and bring them to completion
• You’ll be assisting the sales team with a variety of administrative tasks and, in the process, learning about all of the aspects of what they do daily
• You’ll assist merchants in completing application paperwork, and work with underwriters to push new accounts forward to approval
• You’ll keep opportunities, assets and tasks in Salesforce up to date with current statuses and account underwriting notes
• You’ll complete and close out opportunities/assets/tasks in a timely manner – meeting deadlines for account setups, and checking fees before end of month
• You’ll effectively work with other departments, such as Relationship Management and Integrations, as needed to complete tasks related to bringing new accounts live
• You’ll be responsible for staying informed using Slack, Salesforce, email, company announcements, utilizing external and internal training resources, etc., and asking questions when needed
• You’ll always be a team player and help teammates with assigned work when time permits, when there is an urgent need, or when someone needs time off

What you’ll bring to the team:

• 2+ years experience in sales, tech, or product support.
• 2+ years experience working in a Merchant Services environment.
• You’re hungry to learn about how sales departments work and aren’t afraid to do admin work to get the knowledge and the experience.
• You can hold your own talking to anyone in an organization – be it the receptionist or the CEO.
• You pay attention to the details. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, every single time. You stay focused and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
• You love solving problems! There is not a challenge that you have come across – at work or at home – that doesn’t make you want to dig in and figure it out.
• You get things done! You are motivated, driven and know how to prioritize. You enjoy working on a team, but don’t mind working independently to bring all assigned work to completion as quickly and accurately as possible.
• You think on your feet and ask the right questions. You like learning new things, and you can learn quickly. When things change, you know how to roll with the punches.

$50,000 – $60,000 a yearOTE Ranges between $55-65K CAD with commission factored in.
