Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our client.Contract Dates: 12 monthsPay Rates:IC: $29.79 per hourT4: $24.97 per hourBusiness Hours: Monday to FridayJob Responsibilities:

• Conducts in-depth interviews encompassing lifestyle and medical questions, to facilitate the underwriting process for clients who have applied for individual insurance (i.e: Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance)
• Utilizes excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to probe tactfully when eliciting personal and medical information
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and active listening skills
• Manages workload efficiently with the use of excellent organization and time-management skills
• Respects the confidentiality of sensitive and private information
• Addresses customers’ concerns in a professional and knowledgeable manner

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Medical knowledge, terminology, or experience is required
• Experience working with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment while under time constraints
• Experience providing outstanding customer service
• Highly motivated and able to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Reliable, strong high-speed internet

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent spelling and grammar are a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English)
