We are currently looking for a Sales Support person for our client located in Brossard. Clemex specializes in the development of precision optical solutions and instruments.Job Summary
The Sales support at Clemex plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing various internal sales tasks, CRM operations, handling quotes, addressing client inquiries via email, and facilitating communication between sales representatives, product specialists, and customers. The Sales & Accounting support reports directly to the Operation Manager and works closely with the Senior Internal Sales Coordinator to ensure efficient sales operations. Additionally, the Sales & Accounting support will be responsible for generating reports from CRM and other databases as requested by the General Manager. This person will be also responsible of the whole Accounts Receivables processing (Collection, update and maintain customer portals, customer profile creation, sending statement of account at the end of month, Invoicing, cash receipt.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales Team: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
• Quoting: Prepare and send quotes to clients promptly and accurately in accordance with company pricing policies and guidelines.
• Client Correspondence: Respond to client inquiries and emails in a timely and professional manner, providing necessary information and assistance to address their needs or concerns.
• Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between sales representatives, product specialists, and customers to ensure smooth communication and coordination of sales activities.
• Report Generation: Generate various reports from CRM and other databases as requested by the General Manager, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of information.
• Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with other departments such as Product, marketing, Production, and finance to support sales initiatives and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Accounts Receivable: This part of the job will be supervised by the financial controller:Invoicing customers and ensure that all the payment details, terms of payment are included properly. Entering payments against invoices when received and ensure that customer account is up to date.Collecting and follow-up with the customers for payment date. Ensure that all customer’s information is properly entered in the CRM and ERP. Sending Monthly statement to customers. Updating and maintaining different portals used by customers for the payment of invoices.

Requirements

• Essential – Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
• Asset – Experience in the field, ideally in a similar sector (an asset)
• Asset – Experience in report generation and data analysis

Knowledge and abilities

• Important – Proficiency in CRM systems
• Important – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Asset – Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central
• Essential – Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes
