Our Clients Social Development team is seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to assist in the modernization of the Case and Care Management Solution currently in use. The selected candidates will play a key role in migrating and enhancing the NB Families application to the Salesforce platform, working within an Agile environment, and applying best practices throughout the development process.Advantages

The successful candidate must deliver the following to complete the engagement:
- Skillset of an Intermediate/Senior Salesforce Developers to help in the modernization of the client application to the Salesforce Platform.
- Work in an Agile environment and be able to develop as well as suggest best practices as the development is completed.
QualificationsMANDATORY REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Recent programming and design experience – 8 yearsCertified Salesforce developer. Provide proof of certification – 5 yearsExperience in full lifecycle delivery using Agile – 5 yearsOther RequirementsExperience using programming languages such as Java, Javascript, php, C#, Apex – 3 years gained in the last 5 years
Experience on the salesforce platform including Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and Aura components – 3 years gained in the last 5 years
Experience configuring and developing for Salesforce Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud – 3 years gained in the last 5 years
Experience in Salesforce declarative development tools such as process builder, workflow rules and Flows – 3 years gained in the last 5 years
Experience using Agile tools such as Scrumworks, Jira, Git, Azure DevOps, etc – 3 years gained in the last 5 years
Experience with Salesforce Translation Workbench and multi-lingual implementations.- 3 years gained in the last 5 years.
Experience designing and building IT solutions within government services, specifically in the Health and/or Social Services sectors.Summary

The chosen candidates will be instrumental in migrating and improving the NB Families application by transitioning it to the Salesforce platform. This role will involve working in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with the team to ensure effective development, and adhering to industry best practices. The developers will help enhance the application’s functionality and performance, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the Social Development sector.
