Job description

Our Calgary based client is seeking an SAP HR Business System Analyst to join their organization on a permanent full-time basis. This will be a hybrid work setting with on-site work required. Candidates in Calgary area preferred.

• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HR, business process analysis, requirement gathering, and troubleshooting.
• They MUST have experience with document/content management using OpenText and ideally possess integration experience with Workday (not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving are essential.
• SAP HR experience is mandatory.
• Strong business process, requirement gathering, analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Document/Content Management (OpenText) is mandatory.
• Workday integration experience is a plus.
