Job description
Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Program Delivery Manager contractor who has strong integration between SAP and other enterprise applications to join their project starting immediately and will run through January 2026. This will be a hybrid work setting with 3 on-site days required. Local Montreal candidates are strongly preferred, however, Ottawa and Toronto based candidates will also be considered.
- The candidate is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration between SAP and other enterprise applications, and driving project success through effective governance, and risk mitigation.
- 10-15 years of experience in IT Program Management, with at least 5 years focusing on SAP Integration projects.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and other technologies.
- Project Management: Proven track record in managing complex IT programs using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience with API-based integrations, middleware platforms, and cloud-based integration solutions.
- Program Leadership: Oversee SAP integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Project Execution: Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless integration and system stability.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including SAP functional/technical consultants, developers, and business analysts.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Work with third-party vendors and integration partners to ensure project deliverables align with business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written (English – French (optional)) communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address integration challenges.
