Senior Manager, Reconciliation, Equity, Anti-Racism Diversity, & Inclusion (READI)

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE:
Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, the Senior Manager, Reconciliation, Equity, Anti-Racism, Diversity, & Inclusion (READI) will be responsible for elevating and supporting our continued efforts to foster and maintain a leading inclusive workplace based on all the key principles of Reconciliation, Equity, Anti-Racism, Diversity, & Inclusion (READI). In this role you will lead all READI activities and build an organization-wide strategy for READI. This requires broad collaboration with staff and demonstration of Save the Children’s values especially empathy, inclusion, courage and reciprocity to skillfully operationalize, communicate, track, report on and evaluate all initiatives, programs and events that advance READI plans while bringing all employees along on a shared journey of learning and action. As a respected subject matter expertise, this role delivers informed leadership and advice in the development and implementation of READI workplace and community initiatives and education. A key objective is to promote and demonstrate READI for employees and the community we serve with a special focus on anti-oppression/anti-racism (AOAR), gender equality, and reconciliation with the Indigenous community. This ongoing and meaningful work will also require intentionally and continually assessing how to shift power through decolonization practices and solutions in alignment with Save The Children Canada’s strategic plan and values.

WHAT WE OFFER
This position salary range between $96,189.98 – $113,609.34 CAD depending on skills and experience. In addition to this, our employees will have the following package of additional benefits:
