L’assistante ou assistant devra aussi rédiger de courts résumés d’articles/livres/chapitres/rapports lus, et synthétiser l’information dans un court texte. L’assistante ou assistant devra aussi utiliser le logiciel SPSS pour faire des analyses quantitatives.The assistant will need to do a literature review on the theme of emotional difficulties experienced by managers working in the public mental health sector with marginalized populations. The assistant will also need to do summaries of articles/books/chapters/reports read, and synthesize the information in the form of a short text. The assistant will also need to work with quantitative data using SPSS.Qualifications minimales | Minimum Qualifications :Maîtrise de l’anglais essentielle.Bilinguisme passif est un atout.Étudiante ou étudiant au doctorat ayant complété un baccalauréat et une maîtrise en criminologie, sociologie, travail social, ou une discipline équivalente.Expérience antérieure avec des revues de littérature dans le champs de la santé mentale et des relations industrielles.Expérience antérieure de travail avec la littérature sur le sanisme.Fluency in English essential.
Passive bilingualism is an asset.
PhD student that completed their Undergraduate degree and Master’s in criminology, sociology, social work, or equivalent.Previous experience doing literature reviews in the field of mental health and industrial relations.
