• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with exposure to data management projects, especially MDM.
• Strong understanding of reference data concepts and Master Data Management processes.
• Experience delivering MDM initiatives in the financial or investment banking sector.
• Agile certification such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial data is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and data governance teams.
• Familiarity with data quality, data governance, and data integration concepts.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
