Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Semi-Skilled Laborer to join our client’s team in Hamilton’s number one steel plant!

The ideal candidate will have experience in general labor tasks, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to rotating shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties, including material handling, assembly, and equipment operation.
• Assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks, such as construction, manufacturing, or maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
