In this high-impact role, you will play a key part in achieving our strategic objectives by leading cross-functional initiatives that modernize business practices and processes, optimize performance, build engagement, and strengthen our analytics capabilities.The Senior Advisor, Human Resources People Analytics and Business Renewal Strategies provides a strategic focal point within the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), in advancing the human resources agenda and ensure the continued alignment with organizational strategic and business objectives; all the while reinforcing HR’s role as a valued partner. The incumbent is responsible for delivering a tactical role in support of strategic objectives. On behalf of the CHRO they will lead directorate-wide planning, the development and coordination of objectives, project plans and major change initiatives that may have high-visibility and are critical to achieving identified priorities. The incumbent will work in close collaboration with other members of the Human Resources team and Information Technology specialists. They will lead meaningful business transformation and business process renewal efforts.The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator, has the ability to bring people together and will leverage critical thinking to create a lasting, organization-wide impact.
