  • Serve as the Senior Adobe AEM Developer, reporting to the end-client Application Division.
  • Manage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) cloud infrastructure, including creating, improving, and maintaining custom AEM components, templates, and workflows.
  • Design and implement integration solutions with other systems while managing multiple development workstreams.
  • Collaborate with build and DevOps teams to ensure infrastructure build-outs and continuous integration follow DevOps best practices.
  • Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability by adhering to industry-standard best practices.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of large-scale web CMS projects, leveraging a strong technical background in AEM development.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software systems or applications for large-scale proprietary or market-sale solutions.
  • Proven expertise in serving as a technical expert on development projects.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience with AEM, including expertise in HTL and Sling Model development.
  • Active participation in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, and daily Scrum activities.
  • Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Ability to write technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements, clarifying and resolving ambiguities when necessary.
  • Strong skills in supporting, maintaining, and documenting software functionality while evaluating and implementing new technologies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing code to identify and resolve errors as needed.
  • Experience in conducting software design meetings and collaborating with users to refine, prototype, test, and debug programs to meet requirements.
