• The Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Reporting Strategic Advisor is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making through strategic oversight of analytics and reporting functions. This role involves interpreting data to provide actionable insights that align with organizational goals. The incumbent will collaborate with senior leadership to develop data and reporting strategies, optimize reporting tools, and deliver impactful analytics that support the business, operational efficiency, and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use reporting to help ‘tell the business story’
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and internal policies.
• Drive innovation in data usage and reporting to improve decision-making processes.
• Lead the development and execution of data analytics strategies to support business objectives.
• Provide strategic insights through data analysis, helping to shape decisions across multiple LOB’s.
• Work closely with senior executives to align analytics initiatives with broader corporate strategies.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and/or enhancement of reporting systems and dashboards working with the Reporting team
• Recommend using data to detect policy compliance violations/procurement program utilization target trend analysis & associated reporting of issues

Must Have:

• 10-15 years of workforce experience in progressively senior roles
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a senior management or leadership role
• Proficient in MS excel, with an understanding of programming languages (i.e., SAS/SQL/ R, Visual Basic, Python, PW Spark)
• Proven experience with Tableau/Power BI dashboards
• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Have

• Prior experience with Procurement data, reporting, and/or applications
• Prior client or other banking/financial institution experience
• Prior experience with Business Architecture
• Familiarity with platforms such as Azure cloud, Databricks, Alteryz
• Familiarity with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques
• Prior experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions like AWS, Google Big Query or Azure
