What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will report to the Head, RBC Origins to play a critical leadership role in shaping RBC’s Indigenous banking policies, ensuring they align with regulatory frameworks, reconciliation commitments, and risk considerations. You will have direct accountability for executing RBC’s Commercial Indigenous Banking policies, while also partnering with other lines of business (LOBs) to influence and advance broader policy change. You will influence governance structures, enable cross-functional decision-making, and advocate for policies that create equitable financial access for Indigenous clients.
