Senior Drug Development Director – Home-Based (US or Canada)

OverviewAs a Senior Drug Development Director you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.The Senior Drug Development Director is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the comprehensive plans and progress of all involved teams working on the asset, from pre-clinical stages through to commercialization. They also manage activities and milestones related to different indications, ensuring documentation of downstream impacts and justifying any changes in project budget and resources. The DDPM collaborates with the Asset Strategy Lead and the functional Leads of the Early Development Strategy Team (EDST) or Asset Strategy Teams (AST).The Senior Drug Development Directors compile and maintain the integrated cross-functional project plan, aligning it with corporate strategy. They advocate for project management methodologies and processes, training team members on their consistent application, risk mapping and mitigation, and documenting lessons learned.As the main contact for integrated cross-functional project planning and status, Drug Development Directors work closely with stakeholders who own, contribute to, or manage the project. They ensure timely availability of documents and manage the impact of decisions and evolving circumstances.Responsibilities
