Senior Full Stack Developer –ContractLocation: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: Contract (6 Months, High Possibility of Extension)
Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Toronto. This is a hybrid contract role, with the opportunity to contribute to scalable, modern web applications built on Java, Spring Boot, and React, while utilizing AI and LLM tools to enhance productivity.As part of our team, you’ll design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications deployed on Microsoft Azure, working closely with DevOps, product, and engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop robust, scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactBuild and integrate RESTful APIs and dynamic user interfacesDeploy, manage, and optimize applications on Microsoft AzureImplement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practicesUse AI/LLM tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer) to improve coding efficiencyConduct code reviews and provide technical mentorshipTroubleshoot issues and optimize system performanceCollaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutionsRequired Skills & ExperienceMUST have 10+ years of full stack development experienceExpertise in Java, Spring Boot, and ReactExperience with Azure Cloud, including deployment and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with AI/LLM-based development tools to streamline workflowsStrong understanding of software engineering best practicesExcellent problem-solving and communication skills⚙️ Full Stack Developer – Technical Screening QuestionsPlease answer the following to help us better assess your fit for the role:How many years of experience do you have with Java and Spring Boot?
