The successful candidate will focus on the design and implementation of strategic HR practices and talent development programs in support of Celestica’s global talent strategy and company’s strategic business objectives. This involves developing and leading initiatives/projects, programs and processes aimed at strengthening the performance, development, and experience or employees and leaders globally.At Celestica, we Grow together! This involves developing and leading initiatives/projects, programs and processes aimed at strengthening the performance, development, and experience or employees and leaders globally.This is a contract position for 18-20 months, with the opportunity to gain meaningful professional growth and extensive opportunities to build strong partnerships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders/client groups across our global organization. It provides a chance to demonstrate ingenuity and leadership influence, and deploy initiatives that have a positive impact on performance, employee development and engagement and on the business.Knowledge/Skills/CompetenciesThis role is accountable for working collaboratively with the Sr. Director, Global Talent & Performance, the broader COE and the Human Resources community on key initiatives including the following responsibilities: * Implement Celestica’s enhanced competency framework, including leading project deliverables and supporting business in the development of competency libraries for select functions
