• Business Analyst with experience in Ingenium, a leading policy administration system used in the insurance industry.
• Responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and working closely with stakeholders.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge in life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business and systems requirements.
• Translate business requirements into design specifications.

• Stakeholder and Project Collaboration:

• Work closely with IT teams, developers, testers, and business users to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units.

• Ingenium System Expertise:

• Assist in system implementation and upgrades would be a plus

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of Ingenium
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis and reporting tools related to Ingenium
• Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
