As our new Senior Leasing Coordinator at Hopewell Development, you will be at the heart of it all, supporting leasing activities across Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, and even the US. You’ll help to drive leasing strategies, contributing directly to the success of our growth in these dynamic markets.If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, expansive environment, we’d love to hear from you!As our Senior Leasing Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will likely include:

  • Managing the pre-lease process including Request for Proposals (RFP’s), drafting offers and leases, tracking key dates, preparing waivers/extensions as required, and managing edits/changes throughout the process for both industrial and retail properties.
  • Managing the deal process from lease execution to lease commencement/tenant occupancy, working with the construction team and property management group for a smooth transition of information.
  • Assisting with the creation and updates of marketing materials and collaborating with the marketing team on larger projects as needed.
  • Facilitating communication across departments to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.
  • Managing and updating the leasing database.
  • Creating and maintaining incremental floor plans for properties.
  • Preparing and distributing monthly team meeting documents.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expenses for the leadership team.
  • Organizing industrial client events.
  • Performing other administrative duties as required.

On your resume, we ask that you demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in a commercial real estate environment with leasing administration, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is considered an asset.
