We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on commercial lawyer with a problem-solving approach to providing commercial legal services in a technology-enabled, data-driven corporate, legal department. The role will provide primary support for negotiation of strategic and complex partnership agreements, including working with the Partnership and Alliances organization, Commercial Excellence and Product functions to ensure operational and strategic alignment in giving effect to partnership arrangements. The successful incumbent would help with the development of a partnership playbook and maintenance of partnership templates.
This role may be based in our Toronto office location (hybrid working model). The role sits within the Commercial team of the Thomson Reuters Legal, Risk & Compliance Office, a highly collaborative international team focused on enabling business growth and mitigating risk for the customer-centric commercial group.
