Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?CAE Group is looking for a Senior Manager to lead Learning and Change for the IA Practices Team (inclusive of Annual Audit Planning, IA Methodology, and related learning globally). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and communications & learning plans for the Practices team, collaborating with partners from across the CAE Group to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and programs.By leveraging best-in-class change management and communications practices, you will help drive improved adoption of – and higher proficiency in – Methodology and practices across the function.The role is ideal for a strategic, energetic self-starter with the ability to clearly communicate key messages, fostering engagement and alignment across the business.The RBC CAE Group leverages a unique perspective— with a coordinated view across the entire business—to deliver valuable advice that not only gives assurance, but that illuminates a bigger picture, connects dots, builds best practices and broadens possibilities.
