Role Overview

As the Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will lead Prodigy’s educator advocacy program, building strong relationships with teachers and driving engagement to enhance product usage and retention. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to align advocacy efforts with business goals, ensuring educators feel supported and empowered. Additionally, you will own the product advocacy roadmap in partnership with the Product team and Senior Leadership, ensuring key educator-focused experiences are delivered on time and on spec.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy to attract, engage, and retain educator advocates.
  • Define program goals, success metrics, and processes to measure impact.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Data and Educator Enablement teams to amplify advocacy efforts.
  • Accountable for the advocacy roadmap, collaborating with Product, Data, and Senior Leadership to define and deliver educator-focused product experiences.
  • Manage the delivery of key product features and marketing campaigns that enhance educator engagement, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and specifications.
  • Leverage data to optimize programs and drive key business outcomes like teacher and student growth.
  • Develop the strategy and content for advocacy-related events, conferences, and ambassador initiatives to expand Prodigy’s educator community.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing program management; in particular, loyalty, advocacy or engagement program management.
  • Strong strategic thinking, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to influence product roadmaps and drive on-time, high-impact product launches.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience in people leadership, emphasizing mentorship and growth.
  • Passion for supporting educators and enhancing their classroom success.
  • Experience with a customer engagement platform, particularly Braze, considered an asset.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Braze
  • Strong background in data analytics to drive decision-making
  • Familiarity with growth marketing strategies and best practices
