Location: Burnaby, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Accountable for driving towards an effective technical solution that meets the needs of the business and in the process driving all technical issues through to closure.Coordination with internal operational support and project teams, assisting our Mobility Architect and implement planned migrations by business area or business case.Coordination with Mobility Program and internal stakeholders on future implementation of planned pager retirement solution on MDM-enrolled smartphones. (TBD)Technical liaison with Mobility Services Operational technical leadAssist all business partners, including vendors with the analysis of changes to functional requirements and support as needed.What you must have:Demonstrated proficiency with Mobile Device Management software platforms and mobile application deployment.Demonstrates a passion for mobile end point devices, ensuring successful deployment, sustainment and excellent end user experienceSenior level proficiency with iOS / Android platforms in a large, enterprise environment.Accreditation or significant training and understanding of Active Directory infrastructure and enterprise productivity products (i.e. O365, email clients, etc.)Previous experience working with IT Security and Privacy teams, ensuring compliance to the security requirements and privacy policies.Experience with technical integrations that involve data mapping & data transformations.Experience working with Health Authority infrastructure.Computer Science / Engineering / Technical degree or equivalent work experienceWorks independently and part of a multi-disciplinary teamDemonstrated capability in handling sensitive and challenging situations.Demonstrated capability to work with Senior Management team and Executives.Must be able to work independently and enjoy solving technical problems.Excellent technical analysis and development skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Must be able to attend worksite as required to perform work duties (1795 Willingdon Ave Burnaby)Must be Customer and Service-focused in approach.cFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
