Position OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in residential construction to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to close-out. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep knowledge of residential building processes, strong financial oversight, and the ability to lead internal teams and subcontractors through successful project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full project lifecycle: pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and close-outCoordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities, and internal teamsDevelop and manage construction schedules and budgetsManage procurement and tendering processesOversee site staff and ensure smooth communication between field and officeEnsure all work complies with OBC, health & safety regulations, and company quality standardsIdentify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or budget overrunsConduct regular site visits and project reviewsQualifications7+ years of experience in residential construction, ideally with custom homes or low-rise multi-unit developmentsProven track record as a Project Manager or Senior PM delivering successful projects in the GTAStrong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)PMP or Gold Seal certification is an asset
