Our client, a leading Vancouver-based Developer, is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Project Director with experience of delivering high-rise projects. With decades of experience of working in Vancouver, they have built renowned projects and, most importantly, have a strong pipeline of developments for you to work on in the future.You will be joining an established, innovative Developer working on high-rise towers that are capturing the imagination of the communities they are built in. As an experienced project manager and leader, you will help play an important role in these projects achieving their objectives.Benefits & Perks
- Annual Salary: $160,000-$190,000
- Vacation: 3 weeks
- Benefits: Extended Benefits & Paramedicals
Responsibilities
As the Senior Project Manager on towers over 25 stories, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project through construction. Your ability to lead, motivate and delegate to your team will be key to ensuring the projects run smoothly to schedule and to budget.Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Project Manager
- Experience working on multiple high-rise projects from groundwork to completion
- Leadership of project teams and contractors
