We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for a 12-month contract position, with possible extensions in Regina, Saskatchewan. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.Position is available as on-site, 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week.Role Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and overseeing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will play a role in Server, Network and related technical project management, including Azure (cloud) services.Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Project Management Plan, covering scope, objectives, timeline, resources, and risk strategies.
• Oversee and contribute to the creation of Detailed Solution Designs, documenting technical specifications and implementation architecture.
• Prepare Service Recovery Documentation to ensure resilience and continuity in case of failure or disaster scenarios.
• Manage stakeholder communications, including regular status reports, risk assessments, and updates to the project plan.
• Coordinate across IT teams (network, server, cloud) to ensure deliverables align with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• PMP Certification or Prince 2 Certification
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera or equivalent
• 2 to 4 years of formal education (technical school or university)
• 8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager
• Proven experience working on projects that include governance, network, server, Azure and SharePoint
• Strong understanding of technical project life cycles, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
