We are looking for a talented Senior (Revit) Architectural Technologist with extensive CAD experience to join our dedicated team at our office located in Vaughan, Ontario.In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality architectural designs and ensuring efficient project delivery across project types, largely focused on the life sciences sector. This is a hybrid office position, ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for architectural excellence and technological innovation.Additional Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage architectural drawings and documentation using Revit and CAD software.
• Collaborate with project teams to create accurate and detailed design solutions.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior technologists and team members.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and technical challenges.
• Maintain and update project files, libraries, and templates within the BIM environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology.
• 5+ years of Revit experience within an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• High proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code (OBC) and construction detailing.
• Good communication skills with clients, consultants, and officials.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional software (e.g., SketchUp, Navisworks).
