Job Requisition ID #24WD83090Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking a motivated, experienced and skilled engineer to join our Connected Delivery platform team. This platform is responsible for enabling discovery, download and install of all the Autodesk products, services and third-part apps. You’ll be responsible for building a full stack application which is resilient scalable and highly available. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have led teams developing modern web experiences with cloud services in a fast-paced, agile environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high quality, secure, and performant featuresBuild high quality code by developing both unit and integration testingProvide project and team leadership to break down, estimate, and organize workParticipate in agile ceremonies of scrum teamWork closely with product manager and team to understand and elaborate on requirementsProvide guidance to own team and others on software development best practicesWork with team to troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficientlyIdentify risk and propose mitigation strategies associated with the designParticipate in code reviews to ensure new code conforms to the highest standardsParticipate in on-call rotation to mitigate any production incidents after hours or on weekendsMinimum QualificationsBS in computer science or related technical field (MS in Computer Science or a related degree is preferred)Over 8 years of professional experience developing scalable, distributed applicationsStrong experience in programming languages like Java, JavaScript and React JSBroad experience with Spring BootExperience designing and building RESTful APIs using Microservices architectureStrong experience with building cloud-based API platforms or backend systemsStrong knowledge of AWS, databases, and cloud architecturesStrong experience and understanding of working on Agile processes like SCRUMStrong communication skills, and ability to influence without authorityLearn MoreAbout Autodesk

For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $98,600 and $144,650. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
